Directions:  
In saucepan, melt 1/4 c. butter blend in 1/3 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add 1 cup chicken brother and 1 cup milk all at once. cook constantly, till sauce is thick and bubbly. Add chicken, mushrooms and pimentos if you wish. Serve over rice
