boil one box of large shells ( do not cook fully as they will continue to cook in the oven )

mix together in a bowl the ricotta cheese and the bag of itallian cheese blend

stuff the half cooked shells with the cheese mix

place the stuffed shells in a large baking dish

cover the stuffed shells with the meat/sauce mixture

cover with mozerella cheese

bake at 350 for about 25-30 min
